The ADS breeders are very adamant about monitoring Littermate
development, in order to document faults and virtues. At least every 4 to 6 months, all
littermates try to get together for training and shows. This is one reason why the ADS, in
the words of Tina Barber, was the ONLY possible "outcross" option for the Shiloh
Shepherd. It is nearly impossible to maintain a sound breeding program without such
detailed information! For more details on the LMX program (as founded by Tina Barber for
the Shiloh), please visit the
Shiloh Shepherd Learning
Center. Before obtaining adult papers, every ADS also has to achieve a working title,
be it in Schutzhund or as a service dog.
